Screen systems
Screen systems, not just screen material
A project may combine the optical surface, supporting structure, installation and documented acceptance. Four system families provide a practical starting point for specification.

Rollable & composite screens
An early company capability: large-format single-piece rollable projection surfaces, plus rigid composite (GRP) segments — for ring screens, simulation displays, exhibits and venues where building access constrains rigid panels.
| Format | Single-piece rollable widths, ring and free shapes |
|---|---|
| Use cases | Simulation, planning halls, exhibitions, retrofits |
| Projection | Front and rear projection variants |
| Logistics | Rolls through standard building openings |

Perforated metal screen systems
Engineered metal panel systems for spheres, domes, cylinders and free-form surfaces. Factory finishing, perforation and panel geometry are specified for the optical, acoustic and service conditions of each venue.
| Perforation | Standard and fine options, tuned per project |
|---|---|
| Acoustics & airflow | Open-area surface passes sound and ventilation |
| Finish | Factory coating, batch-consistent colour |
| Optics | Low-gain matte range; datasheets per project |
Specialty optical surfaces
Ultra-matte surfaces that preserve black level and colour with modern high-brightness projection, light-diffusion screens that reduce moiré in LED broadcast studios, floor-projection surfaces and other project-specific optical builds.
| Contrast | Ultra-matte low-gain options for wrap-around rooms |
|---|---|
| Light diffusion | Moiré-reducing surfaces for studios |
| Floor & special | Walkable and unconventional projection surfaces |
| Care | Cleanable finishes; spare panels colour-matched |
LED & hybrid display spaces
As venues evaluate LED and projection-LED hybrid architectures, we apply our curved-structure, ventilation and integration engineering to these spaces — from feasibility studies and support structures to upgrade paths for existing projection venues.
| Status | Project-based engineering and ongoing development |
|---|---|
| Scope | Curved support structures, integration, serviceability |
| Studies | Projection vs. LED vs. hybrid feasibility per venue |
| Upgrades | Migration paths for existing projection venues |
Illustrative imagery · final geometry, material and finish are project-specific.
Versioned technical datasheets with full optical, acoustic and structural parameters are provided per project. We deliberately publish ranges only; every surface is specified against your venue.
Around every system: structure & service
Frames & secondary structure
Supporting structures, access provisions and equipment mounts — engineered, analysis-verified and pre-assembled at the factory.
Renovation & repanel
New surfaces on existing frames after a 3D scan and structural review — with short downtime for operating venues.
Screen care
Professional cleaning, brightness restoration, inspection and colour-matched spare panels over the whole life cycle.
