We split your surface into manufacturable, transportable panels and plan the layout around projection angles and sight lines.
Structural engineering
Supporting structure, loads, access and equipment provisions verified by analysis before anything is cut.
Precision manufacturing
Forming and machining of every panel with full traceability by panel number.
Factory finishing
Surface finishing under controlled conditions, with batch consistency planned for future spares.
Pre-assembly & QC
Critical zones trial-fitted at the factory; panels numbered, protected and packed for transport.
Installation & acceptance
Our installation teams mount, align and document every stage; acceptance is measured, not eyeballed.
